1. Spring mattress
There are two types of spring mattresses, one is made up of specific coils and the other is made up of springs. The coils of an innerspring mattress determine the quality of the spring mattress, the thicker the coils, the firmer the mattress, and the thinner the coils, the less stable the mattress is, but the better the body contours.
2. Memory foam mattress
There are three types of memory foam mattresses: traditional memory foam mattresses, open-cell memory foam mattresses, and memory foam mattresses with gel. Traditional memory foam is made of polyurethane foam, which perfectly integrates with the human body and absorbs heat during sleep. Open-cell memory foam mattresses feature an "open-cell" design that allows air to move through the mattress and dissipate heat. A memory foam mattress with gel is a more advanced type of mattress with good elasticity and rebound.
